    First heavy squats in awhile. Sets felt good until the last. Bad take out and lost half my breath. Just went with it anyway. Came up sluggish and shiuldve been a little faster, but not too bad for first heavy squats.

    Shirt didnt arrive in time so had to use the single ply. Plan was to work up to 90% for 3 sets of 1 in the Phenom which was 565(based off 625), so worked to that to a 1brd. 3rd set just nothing left, but happy with it in a 1 ply. Should have the shirt back this week.

    Never received my shirt this week and after a phonecall, it should be here in a couple days. Its really killing my bench training for the meet, but im still handling decent weight in a singleply. I was looking forward to this day for overload work in my regular shirt, but had to use the single and it was kindve a trainwreck. I tried to work up to what my numbers shouldve been in the SDP, but was stapled with 655. Lowered the weight and hit a nice 1brd press, then was just empty on the full range, so just called it. Disappointed with the training tonight, but a little rearranging of training the next few weeks should have me ready as long as theres no issues with the SDP.

    Finished up the Circa Max Phase today. Not much time because of work. Wouldve liked to get at least 2 more sets in. The last set with straight weight was testing of wraps for Power Belly. Tried out the Death Row wraps. Very stiff but good rebound. Id recommend them for wide stanced geared lifters. Felonies are a great wrap for advanced raw lifters. Anyway, heres the top set from today:
