    God dam cross fit class going on while at the gym today. They decided to have a catch behind me with a big exercice ball(whatever the fuk theyre called) and I got hit with the fukin thing during my 370 set. Needless to say that this was the SECOND time I blew up on this class. I dam near hit one kid who got all big and bad and told me to chill....with 370 on my back....getting hit with a ball....I really need a REAL gym

    You should've turned around with the 370 on your back, then kicked the bosu ball at the guy's face, then turned around (370 still on your back) and then finished your set. That would've been bad ass...

    415 x8 raw is great!!

    My gym is full of cross fitters, one guy who wears the CF t-shirt runs in with his back pack and does 3 sets of pulldowns then 3 sets of kettle bell swings then SPRINTS out like a man possessed, all with his back pack still on.
    I have seen him do this same routine at least 6 times.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Weight felt light on OHPs. Moving fast too. My Left cuff has been really bothering me so ive been doing long warmups with bands and dislocates. Its fine on pressing moves, but forget front or side raises and sh1t. Threw in H rolls which felt pretty good, so I think ill incorporate them in more. Also tried CSR shrugs too. Strange feeling to them, but hit traps in a whole new way. Ice and advil time
