    Nice job at the meet. Everything looked good. Squat was great depth too especially with using the multiply gear.

    One thing I noticed though is your arms bend during the deadlift when the weight gets over your knees just before lockout. Maybe it was just that lift, but I would be careful with that and try to fix it if that happens all the time.

    Thanks so much April. Yeah my pulls were a little off an I see exactly what you mean. Last thing I need is a torn Bi. Thanks for pointing that out. I didnt pick up on that. Ill be sure to be aware of that for now on.

    6/7 ME Squat

    Today was kindve a through away day. Rest of the team had a Max day, and I was busy wrapping everyone. Threw on briefs and worked up to an easy double with 595. But jumped to 685 and almost blacked out when I took the bar. Called it, then tried to pull and that was a no go too. Just packed it up after that. One of those days. Resting up and eating big this weekend, then starting the 10 week meet cycle on Monday.

    First squat session of the cycle. Weight felt good on the top sets, and got better each set. The last set of 555 felt very fast and easy. About 765 at the top with chains. Worked up to a 635 single on block pulls. Having the briefs on really doesn't do much for you as far as carryover. I was just to lazy and tired to take them off.

    Its good to switch grips and get work at different angles. Ill go between switching grips and staying at my normal grip.
