    For the most part I do. I feel pretty uncomfortable pulling conv. Sumo just feels more natural for me. Thanks bud

    My left Rotator cuff is screaming today after yesterdays bench day. Hurts to even lift my dam arm. Im going to ice/advil the sh1t out of it, but if its still a mess on Thurs, I may be dropping millies for this cycle.

    Really quick due to time constraints. Its my daughters birthday and I ran to the gym to get it in after work. I was beat tired and a little drained from work, so it wasnt my best squat showing. The numbers in parenthesis are the numbers i was supposed to hit, but I didnt feel like dealing with a million plates and just loaded up wheels and quarters.
