    Hope vacation was good bro. Nice come-back workout for sure/ It's always nice when the weights feel light after a nice break, and you got to workout your jaw with all that talking which is always a plus! lol
    Don't asker for a light load, but a strong back.

    5/12 Squat a zumas revenge

    really wide stance, free squat

    Ham Curls

    1 set of 9 (hammies said no mas)

    Standing Cable crunches
    120x12x 3

    Not bad for first squats in a while. 475 went more like a touch and go though. 315x 20 totally smoked the leggies. Low on volume but got the job done. Briefs dont do nothing at all. Need to get a real pair, either some preds or Boss. Also have to start a better structure to my squat routine. Ill work on something this week.

    Well due to a long weekend of binge drinking and parties, training was dismal.....actaually nonexistant until today...but good times were had!

    Good to hit a solid session after a crazy weekend. Its strange how that happens. Maybe its all the calories or that your body over compensates trying to fix itself. Cant see the vid yet but that is some crazy speed to be hitting with that weight and DMs that you actually bounced. Awesome BC.

    Still some solid bench training Brian. I like to hold the band behind my neck and do the pushdowns, but I'm going to give this setup a try.
