Outstanding lifting, bro. Glad you're still going strong. That trap bar is full, time for some calibrated plates to make room. Your signature with the buffalo wings still cracks me up...and makes me hungry.

Mega trap bar pulls BC. Your lockout is really snappy and fast. Nice.

    Thanks guys!

Unfortunatly my training got screwed up over the weekend due to work. I couldn't train really at all because of out hours being extended for different reasons. And today I'm working a minimum of 14 hours due to the possibility of the Flyers clinching a Stanley Cup birth. But I'm off tomorrow so ill try and get a good one in.

Maybe you could hide some bands in your bag so you can sneak off and do some band curls- that would be cool.............

    225x5
    315x5
    365x5
    405x5
    455x1

I felt like crap today. Very weak and just plain sick. My lower back is just thrashed from arching so much. I couldnt do any more than 455 or I was going to break apart. Very light accessory work just to get something in. Ill see how I feel tomorrow.

I know what it's like going into a deadlift day when your lower back is tired and tight, 315 feels heavy.

You got some good work in IMO so well done Brian!!

Is it just me or do you find sets of 10 GM's strangely hard work?
