Still hammering it BC. Like the benchin' back there.

Those sets of strict GMs with the 135 kick the **** outta ya. Always make me feel like my eyes are going to pop out.

I felt like crap today. Very weak and just plain sick. My lower back is just thrashed from arching so much. I couldnt do any more than 455 or I was going to break apart. Very light accessory work just to get something in. Ill see how I feel tomorrow.
Still some nice work for being sick and beat up.

OK....Hopefully my peeps wont flare the crap out of me........but since I really have no meet plans and am broke like a mofo anyway for new gear, I decided to try and get in a little better shape and a little leaner also. So for the forseen future, Im going to give....gulp.........HCT-12 a try. Starting today. Im just a mess conditioning wise which is bad for my job(considering I ride a bike all day too) and just look like crap. So Im going to see how this works out for a bit and then go from there.

    6/3 Week 1 Day B

    Squat (Medium Stance)
    185x6
    225x6
    275x6
    *Belt
    315x6
    365x6+2+2+2

    SLDL
    275x6
    315x6
    335x6
    365x6+2+2+2

    Calf Raises on Leg Press
    (Plate weight only)
    450x10x4

    DB Curls
    30s x6
    40s x6
    50s x6
60s x2 (left shoulder pain, bad, shut it down, easy weight though)

Decline Abs (25lb plate at head)
    3 sets of 12

Still a little on the weak side. My whole posterior chain is a little off from lack of real training lately. But these workouts are no joke. Im starting to hate the number 6 already.. I was worn down after the SLDLs. My left shoulder/RC is a mess. DB curls kill me, so Bicep work is still on the fence. I cant use a bar either because of my elbows...love getting old. OH, Flynny, Im 38.
