    Damn, everybody is hopping on the HCT-12 these days! I thought there would never be a bigger train than 5/3/1, but this one is rapidly growing. Good luck with the program, dood!

    Thanks Pete. It is pretty tough. Squeeking those sets of 2's sucks, but I can feel a difference in my repping strength already(even though its been a week or so...)

    You guys totally owned us in game 5. Wednesday should be interesting. I would love to see this go to a game 7 on a sport lovers view. Its just a great series, both teams are pretty even.

    Benching was easy today, Definately feel better strength in my repping bench. Should have bumped it up, so Ill do that Friday. Shoulder hurt today, so I kept the weight down on OHPs. Had to cut it short, was pressed for time. Just did BW pullups. Ill hit some extra tri work through the week somewhere.

    Thanks Flynny. I'll tell you what bud, im definately feeling an improvement in my bench strength already. Im not usually a believer in instant success, but this is something. Squats seem about the same. They just might take a little longer. LMAO about the curls....I thought I felt something move in the front of my arm

    On the weeks I do 2 B days, Im going to do heavy DLs on 1 day and Squats the second. On the 1 B day weeks, Ill do both.
