    Do it to it OR. I'm gettong too old lifting both heavy on the same day. I don't recover well enough so ill just Split en up.

    Thank Pete. Yeah I don't think its serious, but I didn't want to chance going heavier either. Some good stretching should do the trick.

    Good workout. Bench felt about right. I did something a little different with the shoulder press. I used dropped sets with 30 second rest in between then hit a final cluster set. Was running late so hit a bunch of BW dips with minimal rest and got my pump on!

    Tweeked my ankle yesterday at work a little. Stayed home today...I was going to do some upper body work instead, but got lazy and started drinking....

    Coming off a rough weekend down the Jersey shore. Diet consisted pizza and beer.....literally. And a nice sunburn to go with it. Low on calories and just beat, so I kept the bench weight down and just got some work in.

    I really like it so far Pete. Ive definately feel decent strength gains in my bench so far. SQ/DL not so much yet as Ive havent been as consistant with them. The 2 rep sets really kik ur ass
