Nice pulls BC. Quaded minis must be an ass load of tension. That thing would go through the ground if you lost grip, lol.

Glad to see you back at it big guy!

What's up bro. Sorry to hear you got sick. Bronchitis hurts like a bitch but I'm glad it wasn't anything worse for you. So you wanna drop into the 190s then? That'd be pretty badass. Bench looked strong even if it felt weak. What all do you do for your triceps? I need help building mine up. Longtime weakness of mine. BTW, that 520 DL PR was nice. Congrats!

Whats up K. Yeah my plan is to get down to the low 190s and slowly bring it up back to the 205 area. Just want to strip some fat off and build up more lean mass. For tris, what helped me a lot was a combo of heavy dips in the 5rep range and heavy close grip work in the 3 rep range. Plus reps of extensions like skullcrushers and rope pressdowns. They helped me also. Thanks for kind words too! My pull is so horrible, its my worst lift. Never been a strong puller. So im hoping to change that soon

Thanks Flynn. I just changed the way way I get into my setup. I pin my legs under first, then grab the bar underhand and set my arch. I feel I get a little tighter this way. Before I would put my feet on the bench and set my shoulders, then pin my my feet back. The setup is just like Tate in the vid here at 4:05:

Thats what I started doing. I had always set up with feet on bench, pinned shoulders and lowered my feet onto my toes. For the comp I had to be flat footed which when I put my heels down my chest flattened and my arch wasnt worth a ****. Having to work it out all over again. awesome.

Glad you found a set up that works best for you BC. Such a difference.
