    That is just the type of work I like myself!! Great speed lower day!!

    For shirts I have to recommend the O/K, the fabric is second to none IMO and the build is great..........so much good gear around you cant really go wrong I guess.

    I was doing FAST 3 board triples in the O/K with 585 which would have been slow reps in the Ace, just my personal experience but gives you an idea.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Thanks Nick. Yeah Im leaning towards the O/K too. I hear so much good about it. A friend Jon Rock got and loves it also. Probably gonna go with it.

    Brian I would go for size 46.

    48 would be very loose from hips up.
    46 will be snug.
    44 very tight, perhaps for comps but not for training.

    Hope that helps, I have the same measurements as you and got size 48 which had to be taken in a lot from hips up.

Then was out the door Sunday at 1230pm for the Eagles home opener and got back on the horse(hair of the dog!) Needlees to say, today was a little tough haha. But Im happy with the session.
