    It was a tough game to watch bro. I listened to Bradley on a sports show tonite and he seems to be ok. But because of the new rule, he has to sit out 1 week with a concussion. Same with Kolb. Chalk it off to rust for the mistakes he made, but Vick looked pretty good. Kolb isnt the answer, but Reid will keep him in there. Not sure if Vick is either, but hes a better option for sure. Losing Weaver and Jamaal Jackson is huge too. Its going to be a long season bud..

    315 raw for speed?! Damn. What's your raw squat PR? Too bad about the pulling. That would have been a PR for you, no? So wait, you did 25 reps straight of pull-ups without stopping??? Is that right?

    Thanks Keith. My best raw squat was 505. Yeah the pull wouldve been a PR. My pull so far is at 520. And yes that was 25 straight through. Ive always been strong at pullups, since I was in the Army. Ill get a vid up of it. No kipping either like those Crossfitter dudes lol.

    Im sick...again. Damn Chest congestion came back and had me up all night gagging and caughing. Called out of work, and waited for the wife to leave the house, then I snuck to the gym hehehe. Felt like crap but got in an OK workout. Speed felt good. Seated OHPs didnt agree with my left shoulder, so kept it light and just speed pressed those too. Heres a little vid of todays stuff:

    That sucks about being sick again. Solid work anyways. Depending on how bad Vick tears it up on Sunday I think Reid will be forced to play him a lot more when Kolb gets back.

    Thanks Flynny! I know this sh1t blows monkey dic k. i should be good in no time though.

    Im putting squats off till tomorrow because the ole hammies are still a little sore . So I did some home training today instead

    Pullups (about 90sec rest between sets)
    BW x25 x 2
    BW x12

    Ab roller
    5 set of 12

    CG pushups
    3 sets of 75

    Heres a vid of the 2nd and 3rd sets of pullups done on my back yard pullup bar. The 25 set is a little sloppy, but being only 90 sec apart, still good:

    Damn, very impressive chins, dude. And only 90 seconds apart between sets? Something about chins and dips, I always need 2-3 minutes to hit a decent number/weight for multiple sets.

    Can I get a hells yeah!! Been a long time for a squat PR. Mightve had 2 in me, but just settled for 1. Spotters all said it was pretty fast. Carry over from power pants is minimal, maybe 20 lbs. Put them on since my hips are still a little sore. I cant wait to get my Boss briefs. Been a week since I ordered them, so hopefully in the next week or two. Antsy to see what I can put up wwith them.

    Well damn. That's some impressive lifting right there, bro! Two sets of 25 repper pullups? WTF?! Crazy as hell. And that bench is looking nice and fast as hell. Do you ever get sore hip flexors from pulling your feet so far under you like that? Mine get pissed if I stretch that far back. Looks great though, bro. And that squat is ridiculous. Next stop is 6pps right?

    Congrats on the PR squat BC. Thats massive. Helluva squat on its way once you get the Boss briefs on. I guy I know just squatted 814 at the GPC worlds in Prague with I think, Boss Briefs and Super Centurion. He is only 22yrs old.Claimed that they were too much for him just up until a few months ago. Those things must be ****in' bullet proof!

    BTW you do as many pullups in one set as I do in five. This makes me sad.
