Thanks alot K! Yeah I do feel it in the hips the next day, but I guess thats the price to pay in getting tight. Ive tried benching with my feet flat, but no matter what I cant drive my legs without my butt coming up. 6 Plates here I come!

Holy ****! I'm not sure what I'm more impressed by, your 3 PPS incline, or your BW+115 lb dips! Freaky pressing strength, buddy. How did 455 feel in your hands?

Thanks Nick! the thing told to me that helped my sumo was to make sure to get your hips as close to the bar as possible. I now set up with my feet just outside the rings and push my knees out as far as possible. My ROM is pretty small even with my midget arms. Its all hammie and glutes being so wide. I totally suck at conv pulls. I'm just so uncomfortable pulling that style.

565?! Damn! Dude, that's SICK you have the opportunity to tell a gym owner what equipment to get! I assume he asks you because you're one of the strongest guys there? What are you going to tell him?? I would go with a reverse hyper and a glute-ham raise.

Ya man, I totally agree with you about Kolb. He just doesn't strike me as an NFL starter....he seems to be no more then just a backup QB. Vick definately has what it takes, and I'm really glad that we are going with Vick as our starter. It would make no sense not to.

    Nice pulls too man!

Sucks on the ripped callous. But very nice on being able to influence the gym owner on what new equipment to get.

I missed a couple sessions in here. Everything is looking strong as hell and those are some big inclines. I am pretty pumped about Vick starting I just hope that he stays this accurate. He has never been this good before so hopefully he got better with age. That's pretty cool about the gym owner asking your opinion. I have been trying for 4 years to get the gym I am at to buy a GHR.

GHR for sure. Dont think he'll go for a reverse hyper, but a good power rack, a deadlift jack, and some good bars are on the top of the list too.
