    What grip do you use for your OHPs? You load many more plates on that HS Chest Press machine, the arms on it are gonna snap off. The seated milies are really impressive, bro. Awesome rowing too. Do you touch the weight between reps and what style do you use to row?

    Nice pressing Brian. All though I am an Eagles fan, I also like the Yankees. I wish you luck in the playoffs but our bats are too big. If Hughes is solid on top of CC and Andy I don't think we will lose.

    Thanks K! I use ring on ring for seated OHPs, and thumb off smooth for standing OHPs. If its ground you mean touching between sets, then no. Im arched over and dropping below knees. Double OH grip, and straps on heavy reps

    Those pulls were FAST! Great speed work. Really a shame about your back, man. I've never experienced anything like that with Kroc rows before. What part of your back? I've heard of people tweaking their lower back because of the torquing.

    Thanks Keith! Problem was I took a breath in the middle of the set and relaxed my core for a second. I felt it pull as I pulled up on a rep. Stupid mistake on my part.....

    Must be that time of year because my back is wacked out too. Smart man you are stopping right after you tweaked it, me I finished my session...oh well, gotta do what ya gotta do. Training looks solid as always. Those pulls are fast as hell! You're on another level of training then I am, so there ain't really much to say other then you're a beast!

    First time in the gym since tweaking my back. I cant arch really yet, so I decided to do Floor Pressing again. Strength is a little down since my calories have been low all week since ive been sitting around doing nothing. And not drinking enough water either. Kept accessory weights low. As long as I got some kind of work in. I should be ready by Monday to bench again.
