    Solid squat session BC. Dont go getting the briefs taken in just yet man. Let them tighten up naturally over the holidays

    12/20 rehab

    Shoulders are still pretty beat up and hurting, so I pushed benching until tomorrow and did some band work on the shoulders instead. My grip squatting is very narrow and really puts pressure on the shoulders. I may need to try and getting it out further to get the pressure off them. Not worth the possible damage to the cuffs.

    Nice job with the rehab. I wanted to say something really cool about yesterdays game, but there really isn't a way to explain how insane that was. I guess that's what can happen when you have the fastest offense in the league.

    Smart move on pushing the bench an extra day. Yeah, you might want to give thought about moving your grip out a little for squatting. I usually go about thumb length from the ring. Recently for my wider stance I have been going about pinkie length from the collar.

    Holy f*** that game was insane as hell wasn't it? That was absolutely unbelievable. Mike Vick is unf***ingbelievable!!!!

    I can't believe Reid was actually considering putting Kolb as the starting QB in the beginning of the season. What a dumba**!

    Thanks guys. My shoulders felt really good today. Just that small amount of band work does wonders for my shoulder health. Im going to do the band work before every bench day for now on.

    Shoulders felt good today. I toyed around with grip widths and anything closer than ring on ring hurts both shoulders with anything moderately heavy. Really index on ring is very comfortable for me. I felt like doing some speed work too. Everything today was strong and in tune. Pleased with the outcome.

    Nice work on the bench!!!!! I don't feel comfortable benching raw with my index finger on the ring. I feel better with ring on ring. But I'm going to start playing with different grips, so we'll see if I change my mind.

    Well, obviously no training on Christmas, so I pushed squats ahead 1 day to Sunday. But because of snow, the gym never opened today...blah. And on top of that, the Eagles game was postponed until Tuesday. 10 inches and counting.....
