Glad you found the suit, BC. Looking forward to see what you put up. Wonder why he sprayed it. I think the blue titan stuff looks pretty good.

I know guys do that to the Inzer Leviathan, because they say it's easier to see if they hit depth. Painting it flat black is sorta ghetto. Usually they dye their suit with black instead of painting it.

It's still worth the price. Maybe there's a way to get that black paint off and restore the suit back to it's original factory blue, lol.

Dumbell bench is big bro.........not too many guys under 220 can just pump out 21 reps with 100s....I cant he he.

Really pleased your in good health, always makes progress easier when your not half broken and beat down.

For the sumo I think you will fix missing at the knees by pulling against bands almost everytime you pull for a while, once you are hitting PRs against different band set-ups when you go back to straight weight you will just pull right through to lockout.
I really would stop pulling the comp lift for a while as you may continue to miss at the knee and get used to that.
I would mix the band tension up more than most people do though, pulling against a little tension and a lot and everything in between.
You can pull off low blocks against bands sometimes too not just floor.
I also think some more lowerback work will help as your legs are probably boosting the weight off the floor but not working together with your back.

Just some ideas that helped me out, I used to miss just below knees too and the above fixed it quickly.

I agree with Nick there. Smash some block pulls after pulls from the floor. Every other week maybe. With sumo by the time you get it to your knees you need to fire your hips through. I really ****in' struggled with sumo as my back was rounded and lockout was a bitch. WTF do I know, lol.

Nice squats Brian. Sucks about the sumo pulls, but I agree with the other guys block pulls and focusing on pushing your hips through should help a lot.

Good job on the squats!!! Sorry you couldnt get your sumo pull going. Like the others already said, some block pulls with or without band tension, and working on pushing your hips through at the top.

I would do small cycles with them so you won't get burned out. If you have chains then I would use those also.
