    In my daily gym, I dont have any boxes to pull from, so I set the pins at its lowest, which comes to top of my knee, and then stand on a 5" box to get to bottom knee. Adds more tension too. I just did these for speed so not much bar weight. Eventually Ill make my own boxes(or something) to use.

    Thanks Bri. I used to do behind back shrugs a lot back in the day and figured id change it up a little and do them. They are ok. I like doing them slow and squeezing hard at the top. But I dont think they hit them as good as regular shrugs.

    BC, if you can get a thick ass plank of wood and get it cut into managble sizes (enough to support plates) and just use them plus plates to stack up to the height you want. Beats having to get large amounts of wood an lug them about.

    Gotta try those quaded mini pulls sometime. Looking good BC!!

    Yeah my biceps are always the first to go on the peacocks which is good for me as they are small and need work lol.

    Had some form issues in my stance on the squats and just worked on getting them squared away. Weight was easy. I should have the suit for next week, so im looking forward to that. Pulls were all fast too. Ill add blocks and weight next week.

    I am amazed at your squat strength in super loose briefs bro.....pretty huge really!!

    Not sure some of these guys know just how much weight at the top 315 plus quad minis is, mutiple sets nice and quick shows some real pulling power!!
