    Feel like im weaker off the chest right now, so I tried working on the bottom end. Really sunk the DB presses as deep as I could. Paused reps all moved pretty good too.

    Solid work on the bench accessory BC. Would be great to see what you can do in the shirt if you got a chance. Work is a motherfucker sometimes, eh.

    Good you will have someone who can do the altering properly. I just blew the shit out of the bunny ears I had sewn into my squat suit by a shoe repair guy. It worked out ok, as it made it far too tight to pull.

    Standing Greenband Crunches
    100 total

    Couldnt squat with the crew this week, so I had to attempt this week by myself. Walking out with bands is not on the top of my list. God they suck. The power rack j hooks are too high and I couldnt get my usual grip and stance, so I cut it short for safety reasons. The weight on all sets move fast but had trouble reracking. Suppossed to do a 1rm.

    Big congrats to Tim Gale and Mike Ski who competed in the APA Iron Sport Classic this weekend. Tim hit a 2300@ 242 and a record 780 bench. Mike hit a 1900 at the young age of 54. Both of you are huge inspirations and im lucky to be able to train with you.

    First night back in a shirt with the crew. Scratch the overkill shirt, just way too tight, so its for sale Used Tim Gales old Rage X, but a little big and no pop at all out of it. Not bad weight for the circumstances. Weight felt light in the hands. Back to the drawing board for another shirt.

    Just my opinion but if you order from Rudy I would give him slighty larger measurements or it will be mega tight and you will be pissed off.

    They do kick ass so I know if it fits correct you will smash old PRs.......I was repping my old PR.

    Brian has no idea what he's capable of yet. His squat is just starting to come around and his technique is starting to take shape. He hasn't been in a bench shirt in over a year and comes back like the weight is in his hands everyday. His deadlift is incredible and the ROM is infinitesimal. It won't be long before he finally puts it all together and you see ANOTHER 2000+ total out of one of our crew.

    Had to stop today. Just feel really run down and been having these dizzy spells. I delayed training yesterday to today, but really just dont feel right. Lost energy super quick. Kindve weird. I couldnt move any weight on racks, changed to sumo, and felt a pop on the last set. Just hung it up. Hopefully this clears up soon.

    206 huh? Its so up and down for me (and you) I was up to 221 now im fucking 215 yet Ive been eating tons more chicken and more Protein around training time........if I was 206 id just go up to 208 and make a 10lb cut.
