    Contrast Shower

Still felt a little beat up today, so after reading Vin Denzio's article on contrast showers, I gave one a try. Really felt invigorating. It definately helps with soreness. Ill be taking them more often for sure.

I tried those a while back and the cold had me gasping for air. I still do "spot contrast showers" where I'll just hit my legs or back with the alternating hot/cold.

Thanks Cocoa. I usually have to add DBs to the stack for weight and its a pain to make them stay. I just stopped at the stack because I was dragging yesterday.

Nice deadlift PR up there. 5 lbs. is 5 lbs. ya know? Is that your shin or something in that pic? For some reason I never scrape my shins on deadlifts which makes me think I'm doing them with less then perfect form or something...

    Awesome pressing too!

Same! I hear ya man, I skipped last nights DE Squats cause my lower back was causing some crazy sciatica.

Tons of stretching / foam rolling, and hopefully one day we can be loose like other normal humans haha

Looks good in here man, keep it up.

Dude, make the trip with us one weekend to Maryland. Once you squat there I guarantee you won't want to go back to squatting anywhere else.
