Jeez, hope the rib injury clears up soon. One thing after a fucking other. Frustrating.

Looking forward to seeing how teh squattage went on Saturday.....

Good shit man...training through injuries really does suck. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for about 2 months now. I really don't know what the hell is wrong with it, but it hurts like hell! I still continue to train through it though. I'm not sure if that's stupidity or badassery....probably a little of both I'd like to think. Anyway, ya it definitely makes training tend to feel like a chore sometimes. I actually find that my squat/deadlift days are my "easy" days because they don't affect my shoulder....I dread my press days!

Still a strong ass mofo though dude!!! Not much more else to say!

Thanks Nick. I hope so. I need to get used to my shirt then ill feel a lot better. Really want to nail a good squat. My bench numbers probably wont be high this go around, but once I get used to it, I think a 600 bench will be there, hopefully in November. And my pull will be my big priority after this meet. 600 in November also. 2000 total is the goal

great seesion bri. after this meet, you may need to switch routine around alittle, maybe not. however my opinion is this workout should be earlier in the week. i think it may be too close to squat day.
