    Opener felt pretty fast. Looking at 675,725,750. Still not sure where im going on pulls. I get nothing from gear pulling, and pull about the same,if not better raw. So next week im going to test some raw pulls and make a determination of what and where my opener will be.


    Tip- Never underestimate the importance of spotters, no matter how light or heavy.

    A little scare in todays session with one of our guys. Meet is July 9th. Im attempting the cut to 198, but if its not dropping enough by next weekend, im just going 220 this meet.

    Thats it tonite. Chest was pretty painful in the shirt. All raw sets flew up no problem. Im happy touching a 1 brd with light weight though. Weight was a joke, but now I know ill be able to touch with like 455. We kicked around the idea of just opening raw with like 315 just to get a lift in, then loading 500 for mey second, but since I touched 405 1brd, I may just open 455 and go from there. Not too worried at all with numbers this meet(except for squat). Ill be happy with a moderate bench number having this chest pain.

    Thanks Bri. Its manageable so far. Was a little nervous putting the shirt on not knowing if id hurt it more and screw up my plans for the meet. Just kept the weight light. I got 2 weeks to let it heal, so bench numbers will be a game day decision.
