    1st off, heallzzz ya about the Phils!!!! 2 years in a row going to the WS you believe that s***????!!!?? I'm stoked man! I think we are gonna smoke the yanks...

    2nd, 405 x 10 for squatting is ridiculous. I don't even think I could hold 405 on my back let alone squat it 10 times. Good s*** man!

    Thanks Bro. Those were killer. I was spent after them. PHILLIES BABY! A Dynasty in the making. Im not counting out the Angels yet after last nights game, but Im feeling pretty F'n confident against both.

    10/24 DL Week#1 Coan Program

    I decided to incorporate the Coan program for my DL'n since Ive heard a lot of good things about it. It should take me up to the end of the year and if all goes right, I should hit my goal of 550 by the New Year.

    Warmup
    Foam Rolling
    Sumo

    Calculated from 480 1RM
    (75%) 415x2

    Speed DL
    (60%) 330x8x3 (90 sec rest between)

    Accessory Circuit- 3 sets of each(90 sec rest between)
    Set 1- SLDL-225x8, BB Rows-225x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched GMs-225x8
    Set 2- SLDL-245x8, BB Rows-245x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched GMs-245x8
    Set 3- SLDL-245x8, BB Rows-245x8, Underhand Pulldowns-220x8, Arched Gms- 245x8

    All working set were done with a Belt and loose PowerPants briefs. I cant DL or Squat a true Raw with my groin so messed up. The PPs dont really give me too much carryover, but enough support to curve the groin pain. Theyre more like Biker pants...This seems like a good fit so far. Will see how it goes in a few weeks.

    Most of the crew is 2 weeks out from their meet and took it easy tonite. Im starting to get pretty comfortable with the form adjustments and was trying to get the shirt to touch, but no good. I was spent trying to pull the frickin bar down and basically wasted alot to the point I couldnt press. The second 460 I kindve tweeked my right shoulder in doing so, so quit there and will offset the accessory work till tommorrow. Im going with a double F6 next week that seems to fit well and should have good results with. Tone thinks that the APT isnt a good shirt for me and im starting to see what hes talking about. Cant wait to get in it hopefully next week(as long as the Phillies arent clinching that night

    Not sure why but my RCs are pretty painful today and everything press wise hurt like hell. Speed sets were slow and useless. I tried incline and dumped the weight as soon as I tried to press. Killed my whole plan today(3 board work). Some shrugs and pressdowns and called it a day. Horrible

    Try about 3 sets of 15 of these, they usually help when I'm getting some nagging shoulder discomfort in my RC's. Nice squatting up there btw.
