    Strength coming on nicely. 555 went up pretty easy. Left plenty in the tank. Im having a real problem with patella tendenitis lately, and to stop front squatting for awhile. Just too much on the knees. Ill eventually add them back on a cycle.

    A little disappointed not hitting 600. Not a good wrap and a little off still with strength. So I punished myself by repping out 4 plates and hit a small pr. Deficit pulls felt good and are a weakness for me, so ill be adding these in more.

    Ive been sluggish all week, and I reaggrivated my right glute/ham tie in on Saturday from conventional pulls. For some reason only conv pulls due damage to it. But i can squat and pull sumo all day and nothing. So I just took it easy today.

    First time back in the shirt since the meet before my surgery. Shirt is actually fitting pretty damn tight right now which is good. Needed slippers to get it on. At the meet it slid right on. The weight felt heavy in the hands, but thats to be expected since its been awhile. Happy with the work. After a long consideration, ill be competing in gear again since im a gear whore at heart. But i will do a raw meet sometime this year. My numbers just arent where I want them to be yet. BW is swinging between 210-215.
