How much protein do YOU get from whey ?

Just curious, how much protein do you all get from whey on a daily basis and what's the total number of grams of protein you consume in a day?

    I'll start.... ~300g of protein a day, 100g coming from whey (33%)

I probably consume about 250 grams of protein (Somedays a little less).

About 60 - 70 grams of that protein comes from whey.

I get 300g a day or so. I don't need that much, but in the context of the diet i follow i need the calories. I only use protein powders for post workout. About 40-50g.
