    Getting Peg Leg into Squat briefs!

    I can't get the link to work right!! You can try the link posted by Guitar90 I've tried everything and can't get the damn link to work... sorry guys

    try "(YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE)" with the letter combo after the equals sign your youtube link in the middle of the [youtube] brackets.

    replace paranthesis with [ ]

    example : (YOUTUBE]xbEmAifsaK[/YOUTUBE)

    i am puter illerate.. i got it thru an e-mail that was sent to me.. why does it not play?
    Run? Are you crazy? I wouln't even run for the dinner bell! I don't remember seeing running as a part of Push/Pull.

    All you need to do is add </embed> after the ....flv"> and the video should show up.

    ok i did that and it's not showing up.. funny.. the original link works on the southern powerlifting fed forums..
