    Fat Bar Wide Sumo with band stand...

    Tried something newtoday to work on my weak points of hps, glutes, and grip...

    I had done fat bar overhand deadlifts before, but felt that the weight I had to use for grip work was to light to work my hips, glutes, and back at all. This seemed to work well and I think I'll keep it around.

    Damn thats pretty creative dude. Keeps the heavy weight off your hands, but works your hips and glutes just as hard.
