    gained a few, difference?

    I've gained a few pounds in the last 2 months but i can't really tell if it shows. Give me a critique if you feel like it.

    Still looking impressive man, but in all honesty, your physique hasn't changed much since your first set of pics. Why type of look are you aiming for?

    I definitly haven't made a big weight gain since my first pics, but I have got stronger. While the diffrence isn't great, I think if you look at my orig. pics from august 2005, you can see I was def skinnier then I am now. I would say I'm more into the lean athletic look then the huge beast look, especially since my genetics gear me in that direction in the first place.

    Looking good but you definately have to shave that main of pubic hair in the first pic.

    I said it last time - great bicep genetics. They're like a tight round little knot which makes them look much bigger.

    Not a huge difference from last time, but if you're meeting your goals that's all that matters. Dont be afraid to do a proper bulk for fear of losing the six pack though!

    Just curious but how much weight have you gained. You're still really lean. Good job, you're looking good. The only thing I would say is you need to bring the chest out a little more. Other than that...you're ripped.
    5'11" 220lbs.

    Jeez, you must be like 6-7%. You definitely have your conditioning down, bro. I can tell you have gotten a bit thicker, and still lean as hell.

    Thanks, takin about a month off from legs since im on break from school. gotta admit Im enjoying that. Hopefully I dont loose anything.

    I think you have a great physique. I would (will) be pretty happy when I end up that lean (if possible!). It isn't like you are tiny and part of being ripped is looking a tad smaller...

    What is your height and weight? I'd say you look around 5'10" and ~155

    Dynamic backgrounds, dynamic lighting conditions and dynamic posing styles are MURDER for any type of comparisons. DAMNIT, STATIC PEOPLE STATIC!

    You've VERY lean and it seems that you have a nice genetic shape/size to your bicepulars. It wouldn't hurt you to throw on 15-20 pounds of LBM... that would put respectable size on you for sure and shouldn't take that long. I reckon you have a naturally fast metabolism, so it probably won't be hard at all to cut down the 1-3% BF you put on during said bulk.

    curls i used to do both one arm and two are curls, but I've gotten a little more lazy so i usually just do the 2 arms curls. 3X12 at 110 lbs

    I'm 6 foot I think when I took those pics I was around 162. Now its been a almost a week and I've gotten drunk and ate a ton of grub almost every day night so I have a feeling the scales might be a little higher now, scared to look, haha. good metabolism only does so much

    The only supps I take are a scoop of whey protein after I lift. Maybe a multi vitamin every so often.

    I was told to take fish oil, does that have any effect of lifting results or is that just like a health enhancer type thing?

    dude not to be a dick.. but you have been posting pics for god knows how long and they are always these crappy poses with crappy lighting in a mirror with a flash. and they always look the same. I mean maybe your biceps look a little bigger and your abs are more defined...I think. I can't tell hardly anything from what you're givin us man.
