    lil help

    Aight I wanna step up my cuttine phrase, I'm currently doing a custom wbb 1.1 program, goes like this

    Monday
    Squat 5x5
    Lunge 4x5
    Rdl 4x5
    Calf raise 3x8

    Tuesday
    Pulldown 4x8
    Bench 5x5
    Military 5x5
    Dips 4x6
    Bb curl 4x8

    Thrusday
    Dl 5x5
    Front squat 5x5
    Pull through 4x8
    Calf raise 3x8

    Friday
    pull ups 5xfail
    Bb row 5x5
    Incline press db 3-4x10
    Db shoulder press 3-4x5
    Skulls 4x8

    Should I cut out stuff on legs or take shorter rest? I was gonna cut out lunges and pull through

    dude. why would you "modify" WBB 1.1? That program is like that for a reason... don't change anything. If you want to cut, change your diet, and/or do some cardio...
