    tell you what if u live in clay and powerlift there is no other gym to go to in syracuse then herculus gym on tealle ave. stop by sat morning 10:30 bench day if you can you will be hooked. where u train at?

    i lift in the 220's getting ready for uspf meet very soon. then going back to double ply.
