The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

I love the mint ones. Ordered a box a couple weeks ago and have been using the bars when I want a snack instead of going for something unhealthy. These bars are so good a few times I've caught myself thinking "I could go for a novus bar right now". That's a pleasant surprise. Once this box is out (soon) I'll definitely be ordering another box (or two)!

Today I tried my first sample of the Novus bar and OMG. I can't beleive the taste and more impressing is the softness of the bar. What I mean by this is that it is not thick and dry in your mouth where you need to sip on something everytime you take a bit. I have only tried the Cookie Dough so far and I will try the Mint Cookie tomorrow! Really looking forward to that one.

I normally don't like Mint bars but Mint is my favorite over cookie dough!
