    Practical Programming

    Any of you guys read this book Practical Programming by Rip and Kilgore? Recommend it? Hate it? Love it? I saw it when i was going to buy Starting Strength. Looks like good stuff but idk. Is it that much different than SS?

    it is what the name implies a programming book, IMO SS is a better purchase if you dont have it

    I agree with Will, SS goes much more in to depth of how to complete the lifts. That being said though, if you're already proficient in the technique you might get more value from Practical Programming.

    Yeah thats what i was thinking. Im gunna go with SS and make sure ive got everything down before i move on. Thanks.
