Well...We're down to the wire. This week is my last training week prior to going to Texas State on the 25th. The question I have is related to assist work (specifically isolated upper back/bi work). Should this be dropped this last week, or will that negatively impact me on meet day? I don't want to go changing things at last minute, but I want to get it "right".
Also, I will be competing on 2 May at Senior Nationals (one week later). What, if anything should I be doing between meets?
