Who here includes mobility stuff in their training regime?

After visiting Chip Tallman's gym and having them practically fold me in half on the bench, I've decided I could use some extra flexibility haha. Plus I have a hard time getting much lower then parallel without letting my hips sort of "swing under".

Chip showed us a few exercises for improving our arch. Along with those I'm thinking of doing squats/gms with an empty bar working on slowly getting a full ROM, and the stuff on Magnificent Mobility.

What kind of stuff do you do (if any haha)?
