Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?
On my DE leg day I do box squats 12x2, speed deadlifts 6x1, glute ham raises 5x8, and sled work 2-3 trips with light weight.
When I do the glute ham raises should I do light weight or do heavy weight like on an ME day?
