my chest gains have stopped(well i think so)
here is my chest routine:
bench press(incline and flat)
i do 6-8reps with 3 sets.i work chest with shoulders:
can somebody help!
Are you eating enough calories to grow?
about 3500-4000cals a day
do less sets then if your eating and sleeping enough
my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.
or perhaps less frequently

i do them once a week. im adding weight most weeks to the bench press
