    Real deadlift training!

Whenver I see vids of Ano or Konstantinovs I am reminded that MANY STILL train the DL how it should be trained, heavy heavy heavy!!!! These vids are truly great to watch and very inspirational. Here is one of Anos latest vids, Konstantinovs can be seen all over youtube. They are two of the best ever.

It's great to see Ano come back, especially after his last bicep tear

That Killbar/Rack Pull vid is weird haha. I'm sure they're very smart guys doing some very smart training but man that thing looks plain odd! Absolutely beast strength btw.

Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

Nothing beats heavy deads. I think people are starting to realize that training the deadlift heavy is necessary for a big pull. I tried the 'dont deadlift' thing for a while and lost 20lbs off my pull. After deadlifting for 5 months, I improved it 80lbs. I love pulling.

It is currently a fad, at this writing, for boys to think they need a "six pack", although most of them don't have an ice chest to put it in.
