So I wanna to try a meet out for the 1st time. I want to compete in the 242 raw class but still have some weight to drop Im at 266 right now. I chose to try out the IPA - 12th Power Challenge Meet on October 10 2009. Next week is my last week of my current routine and will start 5/3/1 after. Can any give me some good advice on getting ready for a comp. I really dont have anyone to guide me or help out with this. Would 5/3/1 be a good training program to get ready. I was also wondering how strict is the judging in the IPA? Any help will be great!
