    I haven't posted on here in FOREVER. However, I have still been religious with my training. I am a full out bodybuilder now. I finished up my off season and am currently 6 weeks into dieting and hopefully am going to do a show. I just recently turned 21. My highest weight off season was 240. That was at night on a full stomach though.

    If I do a show I will probably come in as a light heavy. I am around 215-220 right now and pretty lean. I will be posting some pics and posting my workouts from now on.

    I don't do to much low rep stuff and haven't maxed out in a while.

    My off season best lifts were....

    Bench - 395-9
    Squat - 495-13 (After doing a few other heavy sets of 10)
    Deadlift - 495-10 (After doing a few other heavy sets of 10)

    Feels good to be posting again. Strength is down a bit mostly due to shorter rest periods and also because I'm cutting.

    I am using a pre-exhaust for some exercises as the amount of weight I was doing was getting to be too high and I was having a lot of wrist pain from it. Since switching the wrist pain is completely gone!
