The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Actually bro my energy levels have been pretty low. It's always like that when dieting. However seeing your body change is very motivating. Also I am pretty strong mentally so I am able to just push through it and keep going. I try to stay really busy while dieting as well. That way I don't think about being tired or eating. If I sit around and do nothing I get tired and start thinking about food lol.

Did 55 minutes of cardio fasted in the morning. I flew threw it and it felt very good. Skipped out on abs and went back later to do a quick 10 set bicep workout along with tanning and about 30 minutes of posing practice. It's starting to get pretty fun posing since I'm looking so much leaner. I have a pretty good routine picked out to that I'm hoping to impress people with.

On Monday I will be 9 weeks out. Time seems to be flying by mostly because I'm so busy. I am upping the cardio by 5 minutes again so I will be up to 60 minutes 6 days a week. I don't think I will have to add in any more then this. We will see though.

Squat strength was down a bit. Might be from the cardio or from cutting grass yesterday. Not sure but I expect strength decreases when dieting especially as more and more fat and water comes off.

60 minutes of cardio and about 890 calories burned.

Lat pull downs and bent over rows felt a lot harder then usual today. Strength seems to be decreasing more....It is expected when dieting the more I lean out. I don't have the fat as cushion. I am probably going to have to make some training adjustments so my form doesn't get sloppy. I might drop down more weight on the lat pull downs and bent over rows. We will see.

Other then that everything is going great! This was my last heavy training day for the week. I have cardio, a light arm workout, and maybe abs tomorrow so that won't be bad at all.

I have been trying to do more posing practice. I want to try to fit in 10 minutes a day during the week and then 20-30 minutes on weekends when I have off days.

On Monday I will be 8 weeks out. I am probably going to have to make some diet adjustments. The diet is going to start getting really tough in the next few weeks as I have lost all the quick easy fat. Now it's time to start hitting the stubborn fat. I might take some pictures tomorrow or Sunday and post them up. We will see.

Did 60 minutes of cardio fasted in the morning for about 895 calories burned. I am looking at progress pics from a few weeks ago compared to today and there is a noticeable difference. My waist is much smaller. I'm happy with the progress. Hoping to keep the ball rolling. 8 weeks out on Monday.

Went back to the gym for 20 minutes of posing, tanning, and a light arm workout.

Sounds like a labor of love on this end, lol. Hope this will at least be a regional show as opposed to something purely local, you are just way too good for that although this is your first time out.

It is a national qualifier if I do the open class. Typically you do the men's novice for your first show...I am definitely going to do the open as well though as I don't see a reason not to do the open. I think it would be sort of dumb just to do the Men's Novice. I appreciate the labor of love though Coke haha. I like the encouragement, it helps motivate me even more!!. I do believe that you make me sound much better then I really am though lol. I guess only time will tell.
