Ok I usually have about 4200 calories a day over the course of the day i have a bunch of 500-600 calorie meals. Tomorrow I have to stop eating from 9pm till about 10-10:30am Thursday because I have to have blood work done for a physical. I'm wonder how will this effect my recovery from a heavy bench day I will have tomorrow? Also should I eat bigger meals to get the calories or just eat what I can? Right now Im trying to lose some weight so I dont want to eat too many calories all at once.
