Just found out that I should most likely be starting the Police Academy in two months, so I guess it's time to get my butt out and start running again. Went from 176 to 212 the past 6 months without too much fat gain, but definitely some. I haven't put on my running shoes since I passed the physical test back in mid February. Oops. Oh well...I should be back under a 10:00 1.5 mile in no time. But as for tonight, I'm watching basketball and drinking a beer.
Thanks again everyone for teaching me the importance of compound lifts, nutrition, and curling in the squat rack.

heh, good luck on cutting.. Just focus on moving more and eating less and you'll do fine
