    Starting the cut

    Just found out that I should most likely be starting the Police Academy in two months, so I guess it's time to get my butt out and start running again. Went from 176 to 212 the past 6 months without too much fat gain, but definitely some. I haven't put on my running shoes since I passed the physical test back in mid February. Oops. Oh well...I should be back under a 10:00 1.5 mile in no time. But as for tonight, I'm watching basketball and drinking a beer.

    Thanks again everyone for teaching me the importance of compound lifts, nutrition, and curling in the squat rack.

    Don't forget you can curl in other places too. It's not a real workout unless it consists of preacher curls, concentration curls, and hammer curls.
    Also, if you want mad-toned legs, don't forget to spend some time on the elliptical machines.
