Just found out that I should most likely be starting the Police Academy in two months, so I guess it's time to get my butt out and start running again. Went from 176 to 212 the past 6 months without too much fat gain, but definitely some. I haven't put on my running shoes since I passed the physical test back in mid February. Oops. Oh well...I should be back under a 10:00 1.5 mile in no time. But as for tonight, I'm watching basketball and drinking a beer.
