Whats your opinion on the 5-3-1 program?
I'm considering buying the e-book & I 'd like to hear from anyone thats tried it!
So far I've heard a lot of good things about the 3- day a week schedule.
It works very well. You don't have to run it three days a week, it adapts to four very easily. Buy the book, Jim wants a new truck.
Buy the book, it's well worth it. You can find a lot online, but there is stuff that is only found in the book and it is pretty humorous.

I just bought the book and read it. This was definitely worth the $20 and one of the better books I have read.
The only thing I'm wondering (didn't see it mentioned in the FAQ) is if this program can be used while in a calorie deficit to cut fat. What are your opinions on doing this?
When I was looking into the routine I was just going to do it and not buy the book. I decided to do it right this time and stick with something for a good while so I bought the book and read it before I started the routine and very glad I did.
