    i was just wondering what you all would suggest a newbie do for bulking, i know he needs to eat and i know what excercises he needs to do but i was just curious to see your input. who knows i may even get a routine for him out of all this.

    Grocery List For me, While Bulking

    Green Beans
    Iceberg Lettuce
    Regular Potatoes
    Sweet Potatoes
    Whole Wheat Bread (I despise white)
    Cottage Cheese
    Ground Beef 85% Lean Cut
    Flour Tortillas
    Albacore Tuna
    Salmon Patties
    100% Rolled Oat(meal) Tub
    Frosted Shredded Wheats
    2% Milk
    Olive Oil
    Natural Peanut Butter (No salt added)

    ... Huge list. But it doesn't take half that to bulk me up. I just like variety.
