I've been doing my own variation of the BGB workout and have been squatting heavy once a week. For the first three days after squatting my legs are obviously extremely sore. My problem is I will usually squat on Wednesday's and then play a soccer game on Sunday's. At this point I'm not really sure weather or not I am hurting my leg development. Now I have been picking up an extra game during the week at my college and am concerned about how this is going to affect my recovery & development. What are your thoughts?
