    405x1 RAW Bench

    Video
I know its not as much as some of the other animals on here putting up 405 rep videos but Ive only been training with my team for 9 months, Ive always been a big boy just never focused on strength till I started with Jesse Kellum, Eric Downey, and Company. So this was an important milestone for me. SO BACK OFF, LOL

I think I speak for most people....I don't care how big or small you are, if you put 4 plates on a bar and bench it clean with no assistance, it's damn impressive. That was strong!
