Today's DE lower training:
DE box squat. SSB + 70 lbs of chains + 2 24 kg KBs suspended by chains
170 8 x 2
220 x 2
This is great for stability. KBs were setup so they never touched the ground.
DE deadlifts with mini quaded and green doubled at 3" deficit
315 6 x 1 (no belt)
These were tough above the knee which is perfect.
