Today's DE bench video. I guess my push ups weren't exciting enough to make it, haha.

I agree with you 100%. It's something I mention repeatedly to people. Some are more stubborn than others, haha. We definitely have some quad dominant people so they like to rock. It lets them use their quads more. I've noticed that people have less tendency to rock as their hamstrings get stronger.

Yes, it did suck. Having to walk it out sucked more because they KBs never stopped moving. Even after the set they were still moving for a good 3-4 minutes after.

    Thanks CoCoa.

OK, I've been working on this the last couple of months. For anyone that likes our video Q&A, this is going to be really good. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

    Video

I'm pretty sure we're also the first powerlifting DVD with menus. It's broken down into 10 chapters, so you can easily go back to a specific section later. It's just over an hour long start to finish, so it moves pretty quickly when you watch it.

I didn't train today. I was going to do some assistance work, but I managed to get hurt first. A 45 flew off the reverse hyper and hit my ankle while I was walking by. Yeah, if that's not the most random thing ever, I'm not sure what is. It tore some skin off, and there's some swelling/bruising. I don't think it'll affect me too much though.
