ME buffalo bar squats with 145 lbs of chains
    370 x 1 add knee wraps
    410 x 1
    460 x miss

I need to find the middle on descending fast but still maintaining my arch.

    GM with same setup
    230 x 5
    280 x 5
    300 x 5

The medium stance GM sucks. These will help the arch though.

    Sled backwards
    4 plates 4 x 40 yards

Thanks guys. I've definitely neglected my raw bench. I'm getting ~200 lbs out of my shirt, so I need to get stronger raw.

    Thursday video:

    Tonight's DE lower:
DE box squat with SSB vs light band off foam
    350 6 x 2
    400 x 2
    440 x 2
    490 x 1
    510 x 1 (10 lb PR)

Squats felt good so I worked up. Not bad for someone that sucks at squatting...

DE deads vs quaded minis with 4" deficit
    315 8 x 1 (no belt)

    GHR
    average band 2 x 8

    The new bands are intense.

    Obliques
    32 kg 3 x 10

Thanks Coke! It's weird because I sucked on Tuesday.

DE bench vs light band under bench
    145 5 x 5

Shoulder was hurting and these weren't that fast.

    Panora press
    MM 4 x 15

    Panora pulldowns
    light 3 x 10

Training 3 days in a row sucks.

Super Training hosted a SPF meet last weekend. We had 5 lifters compete full power and one bench only. We had 2 lifters hit elite which gives us 5 total. 3 of the guys were doing their first meet. I put together a video with each person's best lifts.

Thanks! We're probably geekier than most gyms. That's why we put together the team video. OK, so we're much geekier than most gyms. Over 50% of our gym has an engineering degree.

ME free squats with 150 lbs of chains
    325 x 2
    415 x 2
    505 x 1
    555 x 1
    595 x 1 straps up
    645 x 1 knee wraps
645 x 1 loosen straps and no wraps

I need to get better with tight straps and knee wraps. I don't sit back with them. The key will be practicng it without burnin out.

Medium stance GM with same setup
    235 3 x 5 no belt

    GHR
    green 4 x 8

    Hip stuff with purple
    2 x 8 of each movement

    Thanks Brian.

Yeah, it's odd when geeks decide to get strong. They read everything they can about it of course. You have to keep things in perspective. Just lift heavy things, rest, eat, and repeat.

I won't post it here, but if you go to a YouTube channel there's a funny video of Brad trying to flush his turd. He was so proud of it he came out of the bathroom to get the camera.

Marcus, do you still pull off of blocks? Ever since I started using blocks I don't think I will go back to doing rack pulls, unless I'm pulling against bands.

I still mix them in. The rack pulls are with a really stiff bar which makes them harder. It's also a little larger diameter than even a regular barbell, so it's good for grip strength.

That's cool, I have tried doing rack pulls with our fat bar before and that is nothing but grip work...haha!!!! Next time I try to do rack pulls against bands, I'll probably use our mastodon bar.
