Thanks Brian. The 565 pressed so quick that it caught me a little off guard. The SDP is an odd shirt. The lower you go the easier the weight.

haha, I blame Brad. It was actually his ME exercise. The timing just worked out that I got out of my squat gear right when he finished. I'm lazy about setting up exercises, so using his setup was easier than doing something else.

They are great for deadlift lockout. The way the bands are you really have to pull back. Bill's 495 destroyed the bar. That's when it officially became the rack pull bar, haha.

Yeah. I set them up for "my height". Turns out that Suzanne could sit fully upright and the bar didn't even budge off the chains. Then we set it for super short person height. Becky and Suzanne are both about 5'1.

    ME shirted bench
    495 x 1 2-bd
    545 x 1 full ROM
    585 x 1 1-bd

Needed to do more work but my arms were numb.

    T-bar shoulder press
    45 x 10
    90 x 10

The 585 started to move good then stalled, that was right when I farted, haha. I still finished the rep though!
