    I didn't train today. I've been training with team slap dick (our name for the weaker group) for ~2 months now, so I could help out the newer guys more. It was good focusing on my raw strength, but I need to start getting ready for a meet in November. I'm going to switch back to the stronger group.

    My bigger briefs are really loose. I can get depth with no weight.

    We were starting to run out of weight on some of our ME days. I picked up 10 45's, 2 35's, and 4 25's today. I also got a huge weight tree. I have no idea where to put it.

    How much weight does your gym have now? I have just barely enough if I am squatting and my brother is pulling (I have 30 45s).

    I have also have a ton of 35s and about a million plates under 25lbs haha. thats what i get for just buying all the weight from a commercial gym without thinking about it first.

    We have 56 45's and 4 100's.

    ME squat with reverse doubled MM
    615 x 2 (briefs and suit straps down)
    705 x pinched nerve unracking it
    705 x 1

    Stopped there since it just sucked. I'm not sure what I did but the right side of my body wouldn't do anything on the first attempt.

    225 x 3

    275 x 1 10 lb PR

    Band pull aparts
    Purple 3 x 10

    ME bench vs purple
    225 + 80c x 1
    225 + 110c x 1
    225 + 125c x miss

    I got to the gym early and did floor press. Then I got bored and did another ME movement.

    Band rows
    MM doubled 4 x 15

    These really help the impingement issue.
